Client : A leading Managed Infrastructure Service Provider

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Responsibilities:  Handle EMS practice for NOC, Customers. Requires ability to work with all levels of corporate personnel, business partners, vendors and customers, with varying levels of technical experience, in effectively resolving issues in an expedient manner.

Primary responsibilities include requirement analysis, design recommendation and tool selection, implementation and customization.

Create and deploy Enterprise Management Solutions & leverages to the benefit of customers, organization and team members.

Sizing the NMS/EMS to provide a BoM and the selection of the best NMS/EMS product based on requirement.

Resolve issues and problem that affect the success of the NMS/EMS vertical

Work with other practices to successfully integrate network additions and enhancements into Operational environment.

 Installing, upgrading Network Management Support (NMS) products, i.e., HP OpenView (HP-OV), Tivoli, CA Unicenter etc.

Utilizing NMS/EMS tools to directly control LAN/WAN/Server infrastructures.

Experience:  4-5 years in working with enterprise-level design and implementation of Network Management Solutions (NMS) and systems management. Should have worked on HP Open View Suite, Tivoli Suite, CA Suite. Implementation and support of NMS products  in a distributed deployment. Experience in shell and Perl scripting, preferred.

Developing technical documentation in support of NMS – Network Management Solutions and in associated operational procedures.

Define monitoring templates for managed systems for NT/Unix servers for popular applications like mail and database .

 Excellent communication skills & customer relationships and should have lead a team

Education: Essential: Graduate/Engineering/Diploma.
