Client : Leading MNC in the field of Healthcare Electronics/Systems.

Location: Bangalore

Work Profile: You will be a member of EIA Innovation and Emerging Trends (IET) core team and will be responsible for overall architecture, design and also facilitating technology discussions among different stakeholders of IET projects.

• Provide thought leadership in technology direction, technical services, vendor partnership and industry standards adoption. 
•  Champion the appropriate use of technology and provide leadership in balancing technical elegance with functional requirements and practical benefits as we implement and integrate technologies. 
• Prepare white papers and organize planning seminars to discuss and articulate technology directions, including listing technology options, risks, and impacts of various strategic directions.
• Actively participate in technology conferences and professional organizations and publish papers and articles that help to communicate and promote IET’s technology strategies and advancements.
• Act as mentor and coach to technical staff of IET.

 Qualifications: MTech / ME / BE / BTech / MCA / MSc  (Comp. Sc)

Experience:

• 4-10 years of software/system engineering including 3+ years of systems/software architecture experience preferably in a product development organization.
• Good understanding of modeling techniques, architectural patterns and state of the art knowledge in software architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Object oriented languages – C++, C#, java and technology platforms – Microsoft and / or J2EE
•  Experience in any of the EIA vertical domains like Medical, Embedded, Automotive, Healthcare etc.
• Knowledge of quality processes – ISO, CMMi.

• A high tolerance for ambiguity and a lot of skill working consistently at an abstract level with not-well defined and often with unclear or conflicting objectives. You will play a significant role in clarifying what the objectives are.
